Long overdue review, but I wanted to say thank you personally to on-site auto glass for their exceptional high quality service they provided me when they came auto to do some window tinting last year. Brandon and Gabby are the absolute best ! Excellent service all around! Great people they are and I highly highly recommend Onsite. I would recommend this company to ALL my family, friends & strangers ! I had a bad experience with safelite, they flaked on me 2 days before Jesus birthday, thankfully I found OnSite :) as this was my husbands Christmas gift. OnSite came out within hours of my call. Thank you Dennis, Mr. Youiel & your son for saving my Christmas :~D ! !

We were on a road trip from Texas and my car was broken into and we had 4 windows broken (thank you San Fran). They were able to get 3 of the windows (the other window was only available from Nissan and it would take a couple of days and we would be further down the coast by that time) and met us at our hotel and replaced them. They put cardboard and duct tape on the last window and said they would keep looking and try and get us a window from another Onsite location that was convenient for us. They called us a couple of days later and said that they could replace the last window at their Riverside location which was perfect for us as we were going right by there. I couldn't believe how hard they worked to get us that last window and coordinate it for our vacation schedule. They went WAY above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable for the last leg of our road trip. I can't recommend them enough!

I had an amazing experience at OnSite Auto Glass. Brandon was very knowledgeable, friendly and engaging, and fixed the rock chip on the windshield of my Mercedes in less than 30 minutes. Their pricing is exceptionally reasonable and their customer service is top notch. I HIGHLY recommend them, and will be returning for more services in the very near future.

The best in the game. Have been coming here for 5 years. I would rate them a 10 star if I can. If you need your vehicle(s) fixed, this is the place to go. My Tesla had a crack on the window shield. They were able to work with my insurance. They made sure everything worked well before giving me back my car.

I found Onsite via Yelp after my son car window was broken into last night. I spoke to Brandon over the phone first thing in the morning, and he was able to replace my car door window in less than two hours later. Thank you Brandon for the great service and I definitely recommending Onsite Auto Glass to all my friends and family.

Wife's front windshield was nicked by a rock on the freeway, went through Yelp to find a good place for a quick repair before it got out of control. OnSite messaged me very quickly & within an hour was at my home making the repair with the price quoted for the work. Made the repair look very good & unnoticeable. Great service both setting up the appointment & in person performing the work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of service.

Amazing response time and customer service! Nick installed my window and causally found out my regulator on the driver's side was bent. I am so glad they purchased the parts and charged me after finding out about the issue. Highly Recommend!

Nick is the best auto glass technician in California. If you have an ADAS system on your vehicle and it needs calibration he can do it most shops can not do what he does. If you want a quality installation and it done right come to him. Sure some shops can do stuff cheaper sometimes but you get what you pay for... if you want it done right and you care about your car take it to Nick @ Onsite. He also works with all major insurance carriers. Nick is #1

My bf and myself have been here twice sadly in like two months. My back window got broken into one random morning and they were able to work us in that morning. Then a month later our windshield starting cracking and they got us in on a Saturday morning. Really reasonable prices, and great service. Very personable staff. Definitely recommending them to everybody.

My windshield was broken, this place was quick customer service was on point work was done professionally Nick was very nice and answered all my questions and I felt relieved once he told me there was nothing to worry he said it would be a quick fix he wasn't lying! He said it'll be an hour and job was done in 40 minutes I must say I was impressed. Definitely will tell everybody about my experience! Use them!

My Kia had a very badly damaged front windshield and was not drivable. I was connected to On-site and a very nice young lady helped me not only with the scheduling, but also with the insurance claim. Window was replaced and looks great. I would recommend and definitely use them again. Thank you once again Katie and team at Onsite!

Excellent customer service! Nick responded quickly and did an amazing job repairing my windshield.

My man Nikki took good care of me from the get go til the end. Gave me a very competitive price. Quick and friendly service- from the young lady in the front to the glass tech in the back!.. I was there for about 30-40 mins. They had the glass in stock and ready to install. I had such an awesome experience here and would totally recommend to anyone with a cracked windshield or any of your cars glass needs.

Second windshield replaced on 2 separate cars always a good transaction. Nick as always does great work and has a quick turn around. Will keep being my go to windshield replacement business.

My Audi A5 had a huge crack on my windshield, but not just only getting a new windshield it also had to be recalibrated since I have all these sensors for blind spot and etc. Shopped around for quotes and they were the best, customer service was amazing, they were super prompt on getting my car done ASAP. I feel like I have a brand new car again!!! Thank you Onsite Autoglass!!!

OnSite Auto Glass did a great job replacing my windshield. The team there was very friendly and professional. I had questions regarding the install and they were able to answer my questions clearly. OnSite is a trust worthy place that does quality work with quality products. I definitely recommend going to them for any auto glass needs.
